Diversity is a complex concept. While sounding really simple – mostly we think “diversity” is about gender, or skin colour – it proves to be much more than that.
Think about how different people around you are: introverts and extroverts, talkers and doers, number crunchers and those who prefer words over math. People differ in their preferences, approach to life, values, ways of cooperation and communication.
Why is an introvert stressed by a noisy environment surrounded by a dynamic sales team?
What to take into account while dealing with multi – cultural environment – are those people really different?
