I offer in - company team training on coaching culture, specifically for people who are a coach as a part of their role but never had formal training.
A lot of us become "coaches" or "mentors" along the way as the career progresses, and it's important to understand the principles of coaching and mentoring in order to be effective.
It is also benefitial to know how to set boundaries, what to do in critical situations, which tools to use for different people.
Let's not forget about yourself. How are you doing after a coaching session with a subordinate? Becoming aware of own self is critical in any coaching or mentoring process.
