What are "coaching tools" and which ones I use?
Like in any other profession, there are tools and techniques which are used to achieve result. In case of coaching, ability to use different tools interchangeably support the coach and enable great client service.
Everyone is different, so it is important for me to adjust my coaching style and coaching methods to every client.
In my coaching, I use so - called "challenging model". In short, it means that during the coaching practise, I will challenge you at times. Challenging takes place about 20% of the time, and I will explain what it means in more detail when we meet.

As for the tools and techniques, I use:
- variations of T-Grow model,
- "coaching wheel"
- coaching cards for some group facilitation exercises
- SWOT analysis
