What is coaching?
Coaching is a process. Through coaching, you can find and achieve your goals, in a manner that will unfold your talents and never compromise your vvalues and beliefs. Growth through coaching is long - term, rather than just "get-it-done".
01 How do I know if I need a coach?
We are all continuouslky changing, so is the world around us. You might sometimes find yourself in a situation you don't know how to deal with. You can be presented with a difficult choice, or a life change.
Be it promotion or balancing family and work, reducing stress or gaining the courage to follow your passion - coaching will support you to take the decision which is right for you.
02 How many sessions do I need?
Depending on what you would like to achieve, 2 to 5 sessions.
03 Will it be unpleasant?
I will challenge you at times, but I will support you 100% of the time. It is about you! Development, growth and change do not happen without some challenging, and I have never had a client who felt bad during or after a session.
04 Are you using specific methods?
Definitely! In my practice I use academically proven methods and tools. I have obtained a certification in coaching from University of Cambridge, which allows me to use a range of methods whichi would fit you - the client - best.
Having said that, intuition, emotion, personality all play a role in coaching process, so it's not only tools and models!
